Confidentiality:
Evaansh Consultants and its Resources working on the Client Sites as well as Project, shall:
- •maintain complete confidentiality regarding the business processes and practices of client organization.
- •Client Organization as well as resources interacting from Client side shall maintain complete confidentiality regarding the processes, procedures, methodologies, documents, artifacts, systems, commercials, material developed and shared by EC in due course of the Project.
- •This offer and all future correspondence or communication, between EC and client organization, in any form of writing such as letter or email, shall be kept confidential by both the parties unless duly authorized in writing by either of the two.
- •The confidentiality and information security shall be adhered to base on requirements and controls specified by Standard and requirements laid down by legal or statutory or regulatory or contractual obligation.
- •Both the parties hereby agree to respect and protect the intellectual properties of each party.
